SHIPPING POLICY

 

DOMESTIC ORDERS

Shipment processing is within 3 - 5 business days after payment confirmation. Tracking will be available and shipped through USPS.

 

CUSTOMIZED ITEMS

Made to order items could take up to 3-14 business days before they are ready to be shipped out. We aim to meet these delivery times but made to order items & busy periods like holidays and sales, deliveries may take a little longer. SheFitz Retro will notify you if this might occur we will notify you beforehand. 

 PRIORITY MAIL

All items are shipped through UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS) unless the buyer specifically asks for a different shipping service. Please make sure that the billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. We are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please contact us ASAP so we can change your address before shipment. If we have made an error, we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship worldwide with USPS. Shipping cost may vary depending on destination country and weight. Once packages leave the United States, standard tracking will be available. Customs and destination of where it’s being shipped to may alter shipping and delivery times. Please note that customs authorities require us to state the value of the item directly on the package. We are not responsible for unclaimed, lost or stolen packages or delaying in package arrival by the Postal Service. THE BUYER ACKNOWLEDGES RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY IMPORT OR CUSTOMS FEES AND/OR TAXES. SheFitz Retro can’t tell you what the cost will be as customs policies and charges can vary from country to country. If you refuse to accept shipping of the items you have purchased, the courier may return the items to SheFitz Retro. In the event this happens, SheFitz Retro may be required to pay additional charges to the courier in respect of the cost of return including customs and import duties that were payable by you. We will look to recover these costs from you by deducting the relevant amount from any refund owed to you.

 

LOST/STOLEN

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact  United States Postal Service. SheFitz Retro DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED. If your item arrives damaged or is missing contents, you may file a claim immediately but must file no later than 60 days after the mailing date.

 

HOW DO I FILE A LOST CLAIM?

To file a claim with USPS go to https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm and click on the domestic tab to file a claim within the United States or the international tab for orders outside of the United States. Follow and enter the directions as stated.
