Return Policy

Because our items are one of a kind and customized all sales are Final. Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange the item(s) or receive a store credit. The item(s) must be MAILED OUT within 15 days after the original delivery date. You are responsible for the shipping cost to send the item(s) back to us, we will ship out the exchange back to you free of charge with tracking. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to SheFitz Retro. Once you have shipped the item(s), please provide us with the tracking information, as we cannot be held liable for any lost goods in the post.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with original tags still attached.

Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged. This includes, intimate garments, swimwear, grooming products, pierced jewelry, beauty products, accessories and gift cards.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for your gift credit. Once the item(s) is received.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the store credit to the gift giver and will be notified beforehand.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. As we offer free domestic shipping, the original shipping price will be deducted from any returned item and will not be included in your store credit. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item from the post. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
